What were you doing before Enablo? Working at the University of Queensland as a Marketing and Communications Officer, promoting the student experience to over 50,000 students
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? The employee experience is about living and breathing a great culture. It’s about connection, collaboration, and company values being an extension of the people they hire and work with. My vision of the employee experience is creating a world where we all love going to work, where we can break down old hierarchical structures and just appreciate the role everyone plays by supporting and nurturing growth, wellbeing, transparency, and compassion.
What excites you most about Enablo? Enablo walks the walk and talks the talk. It understands the value of connection and collaboration and puts people at the forefront of its business. It is a truly interconnected business that understands flexibility, innovation, technology, and people.
