In Surveys We Trust!
Have a social event to plan, but don’t know where to hold it? Make a survey. Making significant organizational changes and want to get unified input from the bottom-up? Make a survey. Surveys are an effective and simple tool to utilize with great impact.
Workplace admins are able to send up to 5 questions to anyone in their community via Workplace Chat. Once a survey has at least 5 responses, anonymized results are just a click away in the Admin Panel.
Who can create Surveys? Workplace system admins, content moderators, and custom-admin roles with the ‘Manage surveys’ permission.
Be as Tactful as MacGyver with Resources
Now available to all customers, Resources is the new admin-managed page that can be accessed under the Explore tab. Curate all your key resources on one single page, with a static location.
Setting up your Resources page is easy, just head to ‘Resources’ in the Workplace Home tab under Explore. Create your categories, add links as resources and hit publish!

Got Skills? Now You Can Showcase Them
Are you a Whatsapp wiz? Or maybe you’re a design gun on Canva? No matter the talent, now you can showcase them on your Workplace profile and endorse team members for theirs.
How do you find someone with a certain set of skills like Liam Neeson? Well, you can search for Skills in the People Directory so you can find the right fit for your project team. Finding the right team member for the job is now easier than ever!
Search for Files Using Keywords
Vicky from Accounting sent you a budget spreadsheet last week and now it’s disappeared into the ether. Just type keywords into your search bar to find your files and links. Sounds that easy? It is!
Create Groups in the Admin Panel
Imagine being able to bulk-create Workplace groups directly from your Admin Panel? Well, now you can by uploading a spreadsheet or email list. Just visit the Groups tab in the Admin Panel, click on ‘Create Multiple Groups” and select an option from the drop-down menu. The Workplace Admin that created the groups will automatically become the admin for each group by default. They just need to assign group admins and moderators to each group and it’s all set!
