When he's not driving Enablo's growth and supporting customers, Dave recharges through ocean activities — paddleboarding, kayaking, and bodysurfing. This connection to mother nature keeps him centered and fuels the calm, pragmatic leadership he brings to building Enablo.
Mark Wyman, co-founder and CTO of Enablo, has a passion for developing technical solutions to help solve the problems facing frontline workforces.
Mark has 25+ years of experience in cloud technologies, consulting and engineering, 8+ years solving for the frontline. He is looking forward to the next evolution of empowering the frontline to drive meaningful change and outcomes.

Eduardo Gomes is Head of Growth at Enablo, where he helps senior HR, communications, and operations leaders bridge the gap between digital transformation and frontline reality—ensuring the tools they choose actually work for their people.
Eduardo understands both sides of the workplace equation. He started his career on the frontlines as a tour guide and five-star hotel manager, later training cast members at Walt Disney World and delivering business education across academic and corporate environments. This foundation in people-first service shaped his approach when he transitioned into the SaaS world.
Raised in Brazil, with time spent working in the U.S. and now based in Australia since 2004, Eduardo brings a global perspective to local challenges. As a founding member at a high-growth SaaS unicorn, he led the activation of over 30 ecosystem partners and integrations with leading HR and Learning Technology vendors including Culture Amp, Docebo, Employment Hero, and HiBob. He’s known for helping teams stop selling features, and start listening and collaborating with customers to solve the right problems.

Shamus Samborn, a Solutions Engineer at Enablo, is passionate about transforming how companies connect and collaborate.

One of Enablo’s OGs, Jonathan brings over 25 years of experience in technology, with the last 12 years working in the SaaS industry with the likes of Google, Amazon Web Services, Netsuite, Workplace from Meta and now Flip.

With over 15 years in software, education, manufacturing, and services, Luis has done it all: cold calls, board-level pitches, building sales teams, and setting up simple systems that help companies grow. He’s known for asking the right questions, finding the real problem, and laying out a plan that works for both the business and its people.

Enablo was founded with a bold vision: to connect the disconnected. In partnership with Meta, we brought consumer-style communication tools into the workplace, helping organisations rethink how they connect with their frontline and distributed teams. Early adopters across Australia and New Zealand embraced our fresh approach, streamlining internal communications and creating more connected workplaces.
Our momentum carried us into the United States, where we expanded our presales and consulting services. By the end of 2019, more than 100 organisations had partnered with Enablo to improve their digital employee experience.
As digital needs evolved across the global pandemic, so did we. New partnerships with Google and Asana allowed us to support broader collaboration and coordination. We also launched Worklabs, a spin-out analytics and compliance platform built on top of Workplace from Meta, and trusted by major brands like McDonald's, Bunnings and Virgin Voyages.
In 2024, Meta announced it would retire Workplace. Rather than slow down, we doubled down - searching globally for a new, world-class solution. That search led us to Flip: an intuitive, mobile-first platform purpose-built for the deskless workforce. Our strategic partnership ensures our customers can transition smoothly and continue empowering their people.
