For the best part of a decade Sinead’s been working to build a SaaS company in the digital workplace space from the ground up, so she knows first hand how transformational great software can be for an organization. Her passion for equipping clients with the tools to suit their organization right now, but also as they flex and evolve, means she’s perfectly placed in her role as Head of Customer Success.
What is your nickname? As a child it was Toots, in later years it was Shinners!
What were you doing before Enablo? I was part of an awesome team who founded and grew a SaaS intranet company in London.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? I don’t think it’s even a case of work from home versus work from the office anymore. In order to attract and retain talent, companies now need to get behind the idea of ‘work from anywhere’, with work being something we do, not necessarily somewhere we go. Location is irrelevant. This means incredible software that supports this concept and in some cases, meeting the demands that organizations may not even realize they’ll need to support in the future. I’ve been in this space a long time and believe that Enablo has pulled together an incredible trifecta in terms of best of breed software that will allow organizations to get behind this concept.
What excites you most about Enablo? The culture and energy was palpable on day one. I couldn’t ask to join a more vibrant company at the most exciting time, as we scale at pace. A fully immersive online workplace is the future and I’m humbled and excited to have a front row seat.
What is the achievement you’re most proud of?
I’ve hiked through the jungle in Borneo, trekked through an open-plain walking safari, and gone shark diving in Africa. I’ve camped in the Brazilian Amazon as well co-founded and grown a SaaS company in London – all a cake walk compared to motherhood! As cliched as it sounds, my proudest achievements are almost 4 and 6 years old!
