What were you doing before Enablo? Client Launch Director on the Enterprise Learning Solutions team within an Education Management company.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? Employee experience is a result of a variety of interwoven organizational design elements. From a management and organizational behavior standpoint, I invite all employers to CARE about the details and the WHY behind the action. I ask leaders to create psychological safety, accountability (this includes honest and practical feedback), and a clear shared vision. Every year, a person spends more than 2,000 hours at work. I invite all people to be intentional, be active members, and be part of the evolution.
What excites you most about Enablo? Enablo invites the whole person to show up, care, and actively participate in our mission. Enablo practices what we preach. Enablo offers transformative work management solutions. So far, I am loving the authentic teammates, org culture, and feeling like I am part of something GREAT (and bigger than myself). I love the ripple effect Enablo is creating in the larger ecosystem!
