What is your nickname? Nish 🙂 Pronounced like my name without the A at the end.
What were you doing before Enablo? I spent the last six years working with an education technology start-up.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? Through innovative technology, employees will be able to feel a stronger connection to their communities at work anytime and anywhere! Connectivity and community will empower the employee to find purpose in their work and leave them feeling uplifted and unafraid to have a voice. As a result, this will transform leadership to have an “employee-first” mindset in addition to having a deeper understanding of what their teams experience in their day-to-day lives at work.
What excites you most about Enablo? Our global team! It’s exciting that there are like-minded people across the planet who are passionate about transforming the world of work. The energy and knowledge the Enablers bring to the table as we work together to drive positive change is magical!
What is the achievement you’re most proud of? Becoming a certified Barre3 instructor! Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I used to always wonder if I had the ability to lead a group of people through a workout class with as much inspiration and energy as other instructors. I finally decided to take the leap and try it out, and I’ll never look back!
