What were you doing before Enablo? Customer Success Manager for Xref, a global HR SaaS company.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? Workplace cultures that strongly value and promote inclusiveness, support and authenticity, in turn providing employees with an environment that encourages and enables them to bring the best out of each other and do their best work together.
What excites you most about Enablo? Having the opportunity to support technology that is truly delivering a significant, positive change to employee experience in the workplace. The icing on the cake is being able to work alongside a team of talented, passionate and friendly people who care deeply about the work they do. I also forgot to mention the dog-friendly office ????
What’s your all-time favourite app? Zwift, an online cycling game and training program that enables you to ride, train and compete in a virtual world. You connect your bike to a special device called a smart trainer and when you pedal it moves your avatar throughout the game providing real time resistance through a flywheel which simulates the environment you are riding in (hilly or flat). It is the closest thing to cycling in the real world without actually stepping foot out your door, a blessing during the lockdowns we have experienced throughout COVID.
