What is your nickname? Growing up, it was Romi and, later in life, Romski.
What were you doing before Enablo? I worked as an Enterprise Account Manager for an eCommerce online retail solution.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? The workplace has transformed recently and evolved into becoming dispersed across multiple geo-locations. We are on the cusp of a workforce transformation to allow people to work from anywhere they see fit. We will see more technological solutions like the Metaverse, bots, automation, augmented reality rooms, and new solutions still in the making. I’m looking forward to my commute with a jetpack! 🚀
What excites you most about Enablo? The people and the culture are what first attracted me to Enablo. You can sense how everyone loves their work and being part of something special. I am also excited about being part of the future of work. Enablo sits on the cutting edge of providing tools, solutions, and services to enhance companies and help employees grow and reach new achievements.
What is the achievement you’re most proud of? I love traveling and have moved and worked in many different cities across the globe. I’ve met some amazing people from different backgrounds and made lifelong friends along the way. The world is one small village if you let it be.
I am also very proud of my two sons, who are becoming responsible and accountable young men.
