What is your nickname? Nate
What were you doing before Enablo? I started my career with a decade of experience producing TV for the ABC before jumping head first into XR / immersive technologies. I’ve led production on a number of AR and VR apps across multiple emerging platforms, established a virtual production studio and immersive technology festival, and advised businesses on new spatial technologies and opportunities.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? I can see a time when employees have the same access to collaboration and connection with their colleagues no matter where they live or where they are working from on any particular day. Future immersive devices will have the ability to bring back the spontaneity and dynamic nature of the workplace without forcing everyone into the same geographic location. They will also be able to optimize our work time by giving us the ideal virtual computing setup at any time that is infinitely extendable and flexible.
What excites you most about Enablo? Enablo is an incredible blend of very talented people who are also very passionate about what they are delivering. They live and breathe the benefits of better workplace communication and work very hard to give every client the best experience. They also have an enthusiasm and excitement for the benefits of new technology that make it the perfect place to innovate.
How do you continue to grow and develop as a leader? Constantly asking questions. Innovation is really about asking questions – and pulling together all of the various answers into a vision that people want to see become a reality.
