As our People Development Manager Michelle helps ensure our team of Enablers have a great work experience; ensuring they are set up for success from day one whilst providing support throughout all stages of their time at Enablo. And she’s a seasoned pro, with over 15 years of experience in this space, including learning and capability, culture and engagement, performance, inclusion and diversity, leadership, and talent development.
What is your nickname? MJ
What were you doing before Enablo? Most recently I was the Organisational Development Manager for a Food Solutions company on the Sunshine Coast, and prior to that a similar role in Aviation in Melbourne.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? As a big believer in empathetic leadership, employee experience should be tailored for the individual and their needs. If an employee feels supported, heard, and equipped with what they need to succeed, then true engagement will be the outcome.
What excites you most about Enablo? I am genuinely excited about the culture of Enablo – one of collaboration, opportunities, innovation, and good vibes!
What is the achievement you’re most proud of? I would have to say helping to deliver the London Olympics and Paralympics in 2012 – even though my part was small, it was an amazing event to be a part of and gave me the ability to follow another passion in my life – sport! I will always cherish the memories and friendships I made through that experience.
