What is your nickname? LC
What were you doing before Enablo? I spent the past ten years in several positions at OpenTable, most recently departing as District Director, managing the team responsible for new restaurant acquisition and customer retention.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? Employees have a lot of choices regarding where they want to work. People’s experience engaging with a company and its community is more critical than it has ever been before. Communication must be clear and often, with a positive work culture promoted through diversity, inclusion, creativity, and empowerment. With a hybrid or dispersed workforce, it’s also more challenging than ever before. I keep hearing about this thing called the ‘Metaverse’, and I’m really excited to learn more! 😀
What excites you most about Enablo? It’s so exciting to be a part of the next chapter in the evolution of Enablo! I’m thrilled to be here at the beginning of the transformation of the business. I love the motto ‘work out loud’ and it’s been clear from day one that this culture promotes collaboration and respect for one another. I intend to do my best to keep that front of mind as we grow and scale the business.
How do you continue to grow and develop as a leader? Growth, development, and learning never stops – no matter where you are in your career. I aspire to stay curious and learn from each situation I’m faced with, identifying key take-aways I can bring to the next challenge. I have learned to lead with empathy and compassion; the teachings of Brené Brown, researcher, author, and lecturer, really resonate with me.
