What is your nickname? Lozza, Laz, LN – whatever goes.

What were you doing before Enablo? I spent a lot of time transporting my taste buds to restaurants around the world and connecting people through the joys of food – from my desk! Seriously though, I led the brand and marketing for a hospo tech startup in its hyper-growth phase across six global markets.

What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? Compassionate leadership with a focus on mental wellbeing. Increased global collaborations. More automation, more humans. Consistency and care for all employees – frontline to HQ and everyone in between. For the relationships between tech, experience and business results to FLOURISH.

What excites you most about Enablo? The dream team at Enablo walk the talk – from onboarding to unreal partnerships to employee experience (even the pets get a seat at the table), it’s a beautiful place to be. And with a third of our lives spent at work, I’m excited to be a part of the magic helping distributed organisations around the world do their best work, together.

Who would you want to be stuck on a desert island with and why? Sara Blakely from SPANX. She’s every woman’s entrepreneurial cheerleader, and I’m eagerly awaiting my first-class plane tickets.
