What is the thing you’re proudest of at Enablo? Finding strength in the lows, the culture of our team and the initiatives I’ve created to give back.
What’s your vision of Employee Experience for the future? That each new team member feels welcome in their seat at the table.
How do you continue to grow and develop as a leader? Believing first and foremost that you never stop learning. I draw all that I can from my colleagues and fellow Leadership Team. Feedback is received constructively and personal emotions removed. A leader needs thick skin and to embrace conflict and difficult conversations. Draw something from every experience.
