As Account Director for APAC, Jonathan works alongside our Customer Success team to ensure our Workplace customers get the best from the tool at every stage of the journey. For the past ten years, he’s worked with top SaaS platforms – Google, Asana, AWS, Salesforce, Netsuite, and now Workplace from Meta – transforming how Australasian companies thrive in a competitive market.

What were you doing before Enablo? Digital Business Advisor at Fronde, an Australasian Business and Technology consulting company, helping clients transform their digital business back-end solution. Before that, Google Strategic Account Manager at Cloud Sherpas, managing APAC’s largest customers. That’s where I met the fantastic Enablo founding team.
What’s your favourite thing about working for Enablo? Working with a team of highly talented and passionate individuals, all obsessed with delivering a fantastic experience for our customers.
What’s your vision of Employee Experience for the future? Connectedness, transparency, and authenticity. A place where you are yourself, valued, motivated, and where engagement is both business and social.
What is the achievement you’re most proud of, and why? Forming a team of 10 people, raising $20k for a charity trip in Cambodia in 2018, where we helped build a bamboo house for a family in need with RawImpact.org. This was a life-changing experience for us all, including my three beautiful children who discovered a different culture and how tough life can be for some.
