What’s your nickname? Max or Maxi (at primary school there were x4 James’ in my class!) 

What were you doing before Enablo? An evolving set of human-centric experiences that utilises technologies such as VR that immerse employees into ”real” work situations that help improve engagement, preparedness, knowledge retention, and confidence. 

What’s your vision of Employee Experience for the future? I am passionate about employee engagement, workplace flexibility and embracing neurodiversity in the workplace. Asymmetric communication methods and harnessing multiple communication styles are really essential to that. My vision is to see them become normalised, and we’re well on the way!

What excites you most about Enablo? We already have a world-class customer base, if we further combine this with the rapidly evolving workforce environment and emerging technologies such as VR, we have a once-in-a-generation chance to totally rethink conventional approaches to attracting, retaining and managing talent.

What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?  Outside of my family and friends, definitely my long morning walks in the Brisbane sunshine with my Border Collie, Luna.
