What is your nickname? “Mama” 
The name Blair doesn’t really lend itself to a nickname, but having the name Mama to my two daughters is one of the best titles I’ve been given!
What were you doing before Enablo? I worked in education both as a teacher and in the EdTech industry for over 10 years. Working in education is where I learned the power of partnerships and community to make transformational change!
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? We know there is a massive culture shift happening in the workforce where employees want to feel valued, respected, and connected. The future of employee experience involves connecting people together to work towards common goals to feel connected to a greater purpose, and allowing them to bring their whole and best selves to work in the ways that work for them. With access to new technologies and the ability to connect with other humans all over the globe, I envision a world where people are working across time zones to solve problems they truly care about to make the world a better place.
What excites you most about Enablo? The mission driven culture at Enablo! Not only does Enablo support companies with employee communication, collaboration, and culture, but the Enablo team lives and breathes this themselves! I am excited to join such a collaborative and creative space where we can help others do the same!
What’s the achievement you’re most proud of? My education! I was a first generation college student and went on to get both a bachelor’s and master’s degree. I completed my master’s degree while pregnant with my second child and graduated right after she was born! I foresee a doctorate sometime in the future, too!
