What were you doing before Enablo? A consultant in charge of developing a workflow solution for a digital signage company.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? After Covid, it seems there has been a genuine shift in helping employees communicate to anyone in their organization and more of a focus on work/life balance. With the technology to support this, I think the employee experience for the future will be a feeling of empowerment and flexibility to perform a role as they see fit, in alignment with their organization’s expectations.
What excites you most about Enablo? Working with a group of talented and passionate people who practice what they preach. We use the products we sell, just as our customers do, to create a fantastic workplace culture!
What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without? Aside from my family, it’s probably a toss-up between my guitar and motorbike.
