With a long background in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, she brings a different skill set and perspective to her role, having spent many years in the customer’s shoes!
What is your nickname? It’s not a super fun & unique one, but everyone calls me Ambs.
What were you doing before Enablo? Before Enablo, I was working as a Customer Success Manager for a tech company. Prior to joining the CS space, I spent many years in the eCommerce & Digital Marketing industry, working for retail brands such as PETstock, Koko Black & Cotton On.
What’s your vision of employee experience for the future? A human-centric approach, where the employees well-being is supported and cross-collaboration and recognition is encouraged. Businesses having a flexible approach to different & new ways of working. Connection, communication, culture & providing the right tools & technology to promote success and efficiency.
What excites you most about Enablo? So much! The people, the opportunities, exploring new tech, the genuine care of employees, the collaboration between teams, exploring new ways of working, the customers I get to work with and the genuine impact we have the ability to make, not just with our customers but with each other as a team!
What’s the achievement you’re most proud of? One of my biggest achievements to date has been the launch of a new brand & website during my time at PETstock. From choosing the brand colours, creating wireframes, briefing the front facing designs, creating and developing the brands social media, populating the website with product & content, all the way to getting the website built, QA, digital marketing campaigns, to finally launching and hitting that “set live” button and seeing it become successful!! It was a mammoth job.
