Now we understand that you may not be a Brisbane local, which is where Enablo’s HQ is based, so don’t let that stop you from scrolling further – we have a distributed workforce and this role can be based remotely (in Australia/NZ) or from Brisbane.

The Role

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will have an incredible opportunity to create and implement a world class lead generation and customer acquisition strategy. Alongside business as usual activities, we are also looking for an individual with demonstrated understanding of growth stage SaaS, who can take ownership of our demand generation activity under leadership from the exec. management team.

The Work

Here’s what you will do: 

  • Support ongoing revenue and customer growth goals through effective planning and campaign execution. 
  • Lead all top of funnel lead generation and customer acquisition efforts across owned, earned, paid media as well as support activities such as events, content development and partnerships.
  • Create a demand generation plan and budget for exec. approval and in line with quarterly revenue and business KPIs. 
  • Create, launch and optimise ROI on all campaigns and provide regular reporting on performance against targets. 
  • Collaborate with our sales, customer success and vendor partner marketers on new messaging and offers for demand generation. 
  • Be able to live in Hubspot (CRM) and understand how to tag, track and optimise everything we are doing to maximise sales impact. 
  • Operate strictly under our ISMS framework for ISO27001 compliance.

The Skills

Here’s how you will do it:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing for a B2B or SaaS technology business (4 years is a general indicator)
  • Demonstrable experience of creating marketing assets such as landing pages, ad posts, email templates etc.
  • Strong experience in managing budget and paid campaigns across Google AdWords (Search, display, email, retargeting) and Social (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Experience in using a CRM and other sales and marketing platforms 
  • High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data – budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation
  • Strong organisation, verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Ability to learn fast, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Team player: organising and managing with multiple stakeholders within the business
  • Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback and find solutions
