Our Business Development Representative is the first point of engagement for most new customers and so your ability to educate and nurture is paramount to your success. In this role you will hold responsibility for lead generation and opportunity conversion and have a shared interest with sales on deal progression and close.

We are a fully flex business, which means we are open to our roles working in a way that sets them up to do their best work. This is a remote-based role and must be based in the US, with a strong preference for Dallas, Texas due to business purposes.

We are HQ’d in Brisbane, Australia and have people working in different locations throughout the US, Australia and New Zealand.

The Work Here’s what you will do day to day:

  • Responsible for prospecting and new lead acquisition for North America
  • Develop outbound target customer lists by market research and execute prospecting against established key contact lists
  • Experiment new ideas in order to expand customer base
  • Support marketing campaigns for target customers selected by internal business intelligence
  • Deliver information on marketing campaigns, promotions, and services via phone and emails
  • Qualify warm or cold inbound leads from marketing programs
  • Ensure all data is captured and tracked into the CRM (Hubspot) and PRM (partner tool)
  • Articulate and deliver the Enablo proposition and messaging for employee experience in order to persuade potential customers to purchase
  • Report to management on prospecting progress providing relevant information that can be presented to the Sales teams
  • Operate and manage a weekly cadence with sales to track lead progression and ownership
  • Operate strictly under our ISMS framework for ISO27001 compliance

The Skills Here’s how you will do it:

At a minimum you will bring to this role:

  • 2+ years of high tech sales/marketing/partner team experience including internship
  • Strong work ethic and keen interest in a technology sales career
  • Willingness to learn and willingness to fail; always willing to try
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency with CRM application including Hubspot (added bonus)
  • Proficiency in the use of Meta Workplace or Asana (added bonus)

Finally, we don’t expect you to know everything, we want you to be humble enough to understand that whilst you’re an expert in your field, every day is a learning experience and you are looking to constantly improve yourself and be better at what you do.
