Now we understand that you may not be located in Brisbane where Enablo’s HQ is based, so don’t let that stop you from scrolling further – this role can be based remotely (in Australia/New Zealand) or in Brisbane.

The Work

Here’s what you will do day to day:
  • Help build the Enablo & Asana customer base across ANZ
  • Thoughtfully position Enablo’s software reseller offerings and implementation services to achieve revenue goals by securing new ARR (annual recurring revenue) from prospective clients
  • Target the right stakeholders to execute the full sales cycle from prospecting, building relationships to close. Work with the IT and Legal departments on structuring deals and solidifying contractual agreements
  • Stay organised and maintain good Hubspot CRM hygiene while developing your pipeline, outreach strategies for different personas and follow-up communications for your prospects
  • Partner with your counterparts at Asana to ensure you are delivering on a collaborative shared sales cycle
  • Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers and articulate the success of our other clients
  • Demonstrate deep product expertise, understand the work coordination & management landscape and use this to sell a vision for how companies can stay organised and connected whilst delivering the ultimate employee experience
  • Be the CEO of your territory, owning collaboration with your cross-functional teams whilst driving towards the outcome that you want to achieve
  • Lead the development of responses to requests for tenders/proposals (RFT/Ps), write and position SOW based upon best practices
  • Ensure a frictionless, successful handoff of new clients to the Enablo deployment and account management teams

The Skills

Here’s how you will do it:
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS sales role, approx. over the past 4+ years
  • You are a fantastic story-teller with the ability to articulate successes realised by the existing customer base and have a quantifiable track record of revenue generation with deal sizes in 5+ digits
  • Ability to achieve high-level executive engagement and confidently sell both software solutions and professional services to the C-suite
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving organisation; proactive and open to new ideas whilst suggesting realistic solutions to unforeseen challenges.
  • You are willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • You are comfortable, confident and understand of the world of Software Vendor & Channel Partner relationship should work
  • Interest in the overall enterprise software market and how it all comes together
  • A keen interest in working collaboratively with exceptionally smart people who are as humble as they are brilliant
  • A capacity to manage multiple sales cycles at the same time – you thrive off this
  • A rigour for note-keeping, pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Competency, or ability to quickly gain competency, in using our core tools (including Workplace from Meta, G Suite, Asana)
