Given Enablo’s in the business of helping companies build the best employee experience, it goes without saying that our own employee experience and culture is top of our agenda! So, we’re excited to welcome Lucy Wilson, our new Chief People and Culture Officer, to Enablo’s Leadership team.
Joining Enablo at a pivotal point of growth, Lucy’s key focus is empowering our team of Enablers to be their best, and do their best work for Enablo and our customers. Lucy joins us to look after everything from our Enabler Experience to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Learning. She will also partner with our Founders and Leadership to help the business scale and deliver customer success.
Our CEO Daragh says, “I’m proud of the high performing and supportive culture that we’ve built at Enablo since we started the business in 2017. As we scale Enablo to support our growing customer base, we’re incredibly excited to have Lucy join our leadership team to drive our people strategy forward and build discipline around our people programs.”
“Lucy has a strong background in, and a unique passion for, linking organisational strategy to purpose, particularly through diversity and inclusion initiatives and community outreach programs. This stood out to us when we met Lucy and we’re excited to help her bring this to life at Enablo.”
“In addition to Lucy’s internal focus, her expertise will help us to deliver an even better customer experience to our HR stakeholders too,” says Daragh.
Lucy brings a ton of experience having led P&C teams across diverse industries. Joining us from VMLY&R, part of WPP Global, she’s also worked in scale up technology businesses as well as large organisations such as Deloitte.
Passionate about product and engineering, Lucy currently sits on the Brainmates Advisory Board, helping to guide their People & Culture considerations in partnership with the Brainmates Founders and Board.
On why she’s excited to join the Enablo team, Lucy says, “It’s everything! Our leaders, our vision, our talent! With meaningful connection amongst humans, you get incredible outcomes and I want us to be known for making connection better than any other company.”
“I want Enablo to be a place where people say they feel valued, get to do their best work and be their best selves, no matter their role or where they’re working from. I definitely feel lucky that we have the best digital tools at our fingertips to support the employee experience.”
Proud dog-mum to Kevin the British Bulldog, Enablo’s pet-friendly HQ might also have sweetened the deal 😉
