With the huge shift to remote work and the way we live, we’ve seen a new hybrid work environment emerge. In this new normal, employee experience and digital experience need to be seamless and support work from anywhere.
In answer to this need, Workplace from Meta have announced an integration with ServiceNow to transform Employee Experience using technology.
ServiceNow’s ‘Now’ platform transforms old, manual ways of working into modern digital workflows across employees, customers, and IT. With the partnership, customers can use Workplace to engage directly with the information in ServiceNow to create a much more seamless employee experience.
The partnership includes three integrations
Service Now Employee Campaigns for Workplace. HR and comms teams can now push targeted communications from ServiceNow to all employees via chat, or to specific groups on Workplace.
Virtual Agent (VA for Workplace). Use this Workplace chatbot to resolve common issues quickly. No more navigating multiple systems, no more remembering passwords, and no more wasting time trying to find the answers people need.
Workplace from Meta Spoke. ServiceNow helps organizations design and build workflows to get work done and now these can be integrated into Workplace. Examples include creating Workplace Groups and publishing Workplace posts as part of these workflows.
Delivering an effortless employee experience
Enablo’s Chief Experience Officer, Dave Nixon says that, just because we’ve gotten used to wasting our time across different systems trying to find the information we need to get our jobs done, it doesn’t have to be this way.
“There are so many amazing technologies out there in the enterprise space now, it’s a case of bringing the best ones together – like Workplace and ServiceNow – to deliver effortless employee experience.
“We’re really excited about what this partnership will mean for our existing and future customers. We’re looking forward to working with our customers who already use both platforms to explore what these new opportunities will deliver for their people – particularly those on the frontline,” says Dave.
